Shingle Roofing Contractor

Owens Corning Shingles have stood the test of time. With increased wind load ratings and shingle composition they will protect your investment for a long time.

Grace Ice & Water Shield is the best of the best when it comes to meeting our high quality standards. I have installed 1000's of feet of Grace Ice & Water shield and have never had a wind driven rain or ice creep problem, ever!
One of the biggest factors that caught my attention as a roofing contractor in the early 90's with Grace Ice & Water shield was the simple fact that every single nail is sealed. This product is a rubberized asphalt membrane that has got to be the stickiest product to apply from a Roofing Contractors stand point. The laps alone tell the whole story when you try to pull two pieces apart, good luck with that. You have to get it right the first time because 99.9% of the time you have one shot as a roofing contractor to apply it.
Another high end quality about Grace Ice & Water Shield is it's tear resistance. It has a high density polyethylene top sheet applied to the rubberized asphalt that is strong. I am talking strong like two people playing tug of war with a garden and seeing if the garden hose will break in half, LOL right.

Titanium UDL 30 & 50 are great synthetic underlayments for shingle roofing systems. Of course the manufacturer carries a 6 month open exposure warranty. This is saying you could typically tear your roof off and dry it in with just Titanium UDL for 6 months and not have to worry about destroying everything in your house when it rains or snows.
Let me tell you about Titanium UDL 30. When this synthetic roofing underlayment was offered to me I tested it out. As any good roofing contractor would do of course. I built a shed for my kids to raise some pigs years ago. It was in early 2000's and I put Titanium UDL 30 on top of 3/4" Advantech sheathing. Still today I have no stress tears from the sun pounding on it year after rear. It has absolutely no leaks in the roof system even at a 2:12 pitch. It doesn't matter if the wind blows through hear and rips fascia off my house and tears out a couple pieces of siding with it. This Titanium UDL is tough stuff. Now I will have to say the Titanium UDL 30 was also fastened at every factory specified location with ring shank button caps. Titanium UDL is worth every penny spent.
